Salvation BioScience shall perform testing services consistent with our standard operating procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Laboratory analysis relies on sampling to characterize a larger batch. All analyses that are performed at Salvation BioScience are based on the sample submitted. The batch must be uniform; product variations observed may indicate a lack of uniformity and sample collected may not be representative of the batch. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the laboratory with a representative sample. Salvation BioScience cannot guarantee that results are representative of any batch lot the sample was drawn from, as the client is responsible for choosing and providing samples.
Any samples submitted without required paperwork will be destroyed.
Please carefully follow instructions as outlined on the Sample Preparation Requirements page to ready samples for shipment to Salvation BioScience.
Salvation BioScience maintains the strictest confidentiality in all of our client interactions. If a signed confidentiality contract is required, we will provide one.
All order cancellations, for any sample already verified at the laboratory, will be billed at 50% of the original order total. The remaining balance will be issued as to the client in the form of in-laboratory credit, available for any future services.
